Chop Shop offers something for all. This is a steakhouse in the traditional sense with USDA Prime Grade dry-aged beef, the top 2 percent of all U.S. beef, served a la carte with sides and house made sauces, but there are some modern twists. I've been to many steakhouses and I find the updated selections refreshing.
Our appetizers were stellar. My wife commented that for the first time ever, she had non-rubbery escargot. My crab cake was probably the best I have ever had. Even the bread and amuse bouche were excellent.
